The businessman, civil engineer and former vice-president of Cruzeiro (a position he held between September 2015 and October 2017) will acquire the lot of 48.6% of the shares that belong to the company Azul Internacional, of the Singaporean Glen Lau, but also the 7.2% that are in the name of Heroes Vertigo, of the Turkish Ismail Uzun.

The conclusion of the deal will be announced in the coming days. Açoriano Oriental found, however, from a source linked to the process, that the club's current chairman, Ismail Uzun, has already reached an agreement to sell his shares to the Brazilian group.

Bruno Vicintin, the son of Brazilian businessman and owner of Alverca, Ricardo Vicintin, and vice president of Rima Industrial (one of the largest production and marketing groups for silicon and magnesium in Brazil) should even follow Ismail Uzun as president of Santa Clara.

For now, Brazilian investors already count on Klauss Câmara, former CEO of Alverca, who was recently appointed, by majority, general and sports director of Santa Clara at a meeting of the Board of Directors.

Once the deal is completed, the corporate composition will be distributed as follows: Bruno Vicintin with 55.8% of the shares, Clube Desportivo Santa Clara with 40% and João Pacheco de Melo with 2.2%.
